These terms and conditions apply for all sales of goods and services from www.thetis-shoes.com to consumers. The sales terms and conditions, together with your order and order confirmation, comprise the entire agreement for the purchase.
We accept all major international credit cards and, depending on the country the consumer is located, we accept Paypal, ApplePay, Samsung Pay, Alipay and BTC.
We ship our goods worldwide and only with DHL. All deliveries are subjected to customers’ signature and proof of delivery. A tracking number will be send to the customer in his dispatched confirmation email.
Orders are shipped from Spain, Italy or France and take usually 2 to 3 days for Europe, 3 to 5 days for Canada, US and Australia, 3 to 6 days for South East Asia and Japan – business days.
For specific countries delay may be longer but orders tracking remain available.
Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in the majors local currencies. Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The Customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact local customs office for further information before placing an order. Please note that possible customs or import duty charges will not be refunded, should you wish to return your order.
Information Provided by our Website
We do our best to give our customers the most correct information as possible on our website and about our products. However, we reserve our rights against errors which may arise and which may result in our inability to deliver in accordance with the information given at www.thetis-shoes.com, in our marketing or in any other way. We reserve our rights to withdraw products from our website, change the website and its contents.
Delivery and Delay
We retain the risk for the products until you have the products in your possession. If delivery of the products is delayed, you will be informed as soon as we are aware of the situation, and advised as to whether delivery can be made and when, or whether the product(s) are sold out. Depending on the type of product and the length of the delay, you may according to the circumstance cancel the agreement. Please not that Made To Order products are not refundable and cannot be changed since they are unique, not re saleable and made with the customer’s specifications.
Inspection of the Products
Once you have received your order, you should check that the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged in transportation or if the products otherwise have any defects or missing parts. Please not that we have a quality check on every products before shipping with recorded pictures.
THETIS aims to describe the products at thetis-shoes.com as correctly as possible. However, kindly note that computer color settings may differ, which may cause the images of the products at thetis-shoes.com to show colors that may differ from their actual colors. However, leather is a natural matter which is unique, differ from each others and might change over time. THETIS will not be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
If the products have defects or items are missing, you may according to the circumstances require a re-delivery, a refund or that the agreement be cancelled. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession. You may report to us defects in the products in writing. You have a two-week claim deadline. This claim can be made to customers (at) thetis-shoes.com; please include your order reference number in the subject line. We will confirm the receipt of all claims in writing. We will also confirm the receipt of all goods returned to us, in writing.
In accordance with the consumer purchasing law, you have the right to cancel your order provided you have given us notice within our claim deadline. The claim deadline is two weeks from the time you took possession of the goods. This Guarantee does not apply for made to order product and personalized ones.
Right of Return
You may return any products you have ordered from thetis-shoes.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery, free of charge. All goods returned for refund must be returned with original packaging intact, and in pristine condition (no marks, scuffs, stains, rips or tears).

We only use personal information as provided to us by you which is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations to you. Information will not be given to a third party or used for other purposes without your permission.
Consumer purchases are governed by local Law (UK). You must be 18 years of age to shop at thetis-shoes.com.
- To measure the length in inches of your feet, put your foot against the wall on a sheet of paper.
- Correctly place your foot’s heel against the wall, and check that the sole of your foot is completely flat and straight.
- Put a mark where the longest finger ends.
- Measures the distance from the end of the paper to the fingerprint, in a straight line.
- You shall add 0.2 to 0.4 inches (5 to 10 mm) to this measurement depending on how you want to be wore. You can compare it with the table of measurements at the top, and thus choose the exact size according to that measurement.
